I hope you all had a LOVELY day!!
Kent and I had a fabulous Valentine's Day! We went over to his brother's house for dinner. We had King Crab, Snow Crab, Steaks and Potatoes! It was SO good. I am proud to announce I had the crab! WOO WOO! As you all know I DO NOT do Seafood. Well its hard for me to do meat in general. My older sister Jill is rubbing off on me. She has been talking to me about the 'funnies in chicken' It is just SO gross. (I might vomit thinking about it) haha. Anyway. So last night as I am presented with Steak or crab...these are my thoughts......Remember LONG LONG ago I did a post about our cow, Henry. Well sad to say he got butchered a couple of weeks ago and now here he is on a platter in front of me. UMMM NO THANK YOU. This is the same cow I bottle fed and bathed and TOOK FOR A WALK....ON A LEASH!!! Ok so you can see where this is headed I was left with no choice....the crab. I ate it. Not all of it, but I ate it. And somewhat enjoyed it. It tasted...well, actually, good. :) DAD-DID YOU HEAR THAT???? hahahaha! Anyway, we had a fabulous night with family, friends, games and LOVE!
Mason didn't miss out on the Valentine fun either. They had a party at Daycare. (look at his cute little box of Valentine's) And he had some goodies from mom and dad too! I think he had WAAAY TOOO MUCH CANDY yesterday though. He woke up in the middle of night screaming bloody murder. It was actually scary. Kent calmed him down and he did...ok....for the rest of the night. Poor little guy. Night Terrors! No fun!

I'm jealous..I wish I was at your Valentine's party. I don't like most seafood but I do like crab...i think because it's so fun to eat! so, did kent eat Henry? I was just wondering if he was good (since we have a freezer full of him!)
hahahaha! Kent did eat him. and he actually said he was very good and he thinks I missed out. So good news for you guys!! :D I just have some getting use to around the country haha.
